4. Customer Authorisation

This includes:

Diagnostics and testing
Parts supply and installation
No additional work will be completed without customer approval where reasonably possible.
5. Parts & Materials
We use quality parts and materials appropriate for your vehicle.
Parts may include:
Genuine OEM parts
Aftermarket components
Reconditioned parts (where agreed)
Warranty coverage may vary depending on part type and supplier.
6. Vehicle Collection & Storage
Customers will be notified once work is completed.
Vehicles should be collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
Pinnacle Automotive reserves the right to charge storage fees for vehicles left uncollected without prior arrangement.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept standard payment methods including:

EFTPOS
Credit/debit card
Cash (where applicable)
Failure to make payment may result in the vehicle being withheld until the invoice is settled, in accordance with applicable laws.
8. Warranty & Workmanship
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship.
Service and repair work is covered by a workmanship guarantee for a reasonable period following completion.
Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Pre-existing faults
Customer-supplied parts
Misuse or lack of maintenance after repair
Manufacturer warranties apply where genuine parts are used.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Disclosing known faults or issues
Maintaining regular servicing
Following repair and maintenance advice
Failure to do so may impact repair outcomes or warranty coverage.
10. Diagnostics & Complex Faults
Modern vehicles involve complex electronic and mechanical systems.
While we use advanced diagnostic equipment and expertise, some faults may require extended testing or progressive repairs.
Pinnacle Automotive is not liable for unrelated faults that arise during or after diagnostic processes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Automotive is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of vehicle use
Delays caused by parts supply or third parties
Pre-existing mechanical failures
Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.
12. Cancellations & Booking Changes
We understand plans change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide reasonable notice so we can accommodate other customers.
Repeated missed bookings may require deposits for future appointments.
